Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your organic goodies, but if something isn't right, we offer a straightforward return process for non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fresh, chilled, or frozen products unless they are faulty.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and fall under our non-perishable return category.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the items securely in their original shipping box to prevent damage during the transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send the package using a tracked service; once inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
