Roots & Wings Organic Redcurrant Sauce with Port is hand made in traditional copper pans to preserve the integrity of the fruit and to lock in the flavours. Two varieties of delicious whole redcurrants are gently stirred to create a deeply rich redcurrant sauce bursting with fruit and flavour. We add Fonseca port, which has been matured in wood for at least five years and has a great depth of flavour with liquorice and spice.
